Why this exists
Women's football is well covered by results and league tables, and hardly covered at all by player ratings. That is the gap this site fills: a rating for every player and every coach in the game, not just for the clubs they turn out for.
PlayerElo has rated the men's game for years, and the women's game offers the same thing to work from — who started, who came on, how long they played, how the match ended. Every match on record has been worked through, player by player.
Ratings update after every match and are rebuilt each morning, so what you see is where the season actually stands.
